Checkout Policy – Early Pickup
Dogeden Pet Resort , we reserve accommodations specifically for your pet for the full duration of your reservation. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, the following policy applies to early pickups:
1. Early Pickup Policy
Clients who choose to pick up their pet(s) earlier than the scheduled checkout date will still be responsible for payment in full for the original reservation.
This policy is in place because once a reservation is confirmed, we hold space and staff resources specifically for your pet, often turning away other potential bookings.
2. No Refunds or Credits
No refunds, credits, or rescheduling allowances will be issued for unused days resulting from an early pickup.
This includes situations such as changes in travel plans, weather-related cancellations, or personal emergencies.
3. Modifying Your Reservation

If you know in advance that you need to shorten your pet’s stay, please notify us at least [insert notice period, e.g., 72 hours] before the scheduled check-in date to avoid being charged for the full reservation.
Last-minute changes are subject to the full charge for the reserved stay.
4. Billing and Final Payment
Final payment, including any remaining balance for the original reservation, is due at the time of pickup.
We accept credit card, debit card, cash, or cheques.
5. Exceptions
In the event of a documented medical emergency (for either pet or owner), management may review the situation and consider a one-time exception. All exceptions are at the sole discretion of Dogeden Pet Resort management.

Deposit Policy
To provide the highest level of care and ensure availability for all our guests, DogEden Pet Resort requires a deposit to confirm all dog boarding reservations.
1. Reservation Deposit Requirements

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total boarding stay is required at the time of booking.

Your reservation will not be secured until the deposit is received.
2. Peak/Holiday Periods

During peak times and holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, etc.), a non-refundable 50% deposit is required due to high demand.

These deposits are also due at the time of booking to hold your spot.
3. How to Pay Your Deposit

Deposits can be paid via [list accepted methods – e.g., credit card, debit card, cash, Venmo, etc.].

Payments can be made over the phone, online, or in person.
4. Cancellations & Changes

If you cancel your reservation 7 or more days before check-in, your deposit can be applied as a credit toward a future stay (valid for 6 months).

If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.

5. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or failure to show up, will result in the full reservation being charged (minus any already paid deposit).

No-shows may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
